Bug Fixes

  • Fixed issue where large workflows did not load in Health Metrics
  • Fixed scheduler full screen option
  • Fixed Run Count Average error on Dashboard
  • Fixed and added additional logging for Mongo Refresh error when duplicate Job Ids were detected
  • Fixed error on Audit Report when Audit Backup option was checked in settings
  • Included default credential type for workflow POST operations for Galleries 2022.3+
  • Fixed Parse DB Output path setting not moving parse_db.sqlite file to expected location

New Features & Updates

  • New Version Changes Report to compare configurations of all published versions of a workflow
  • Added parsing and update support for Report Render tool
  • Workflow Search field on Orchestrator is now case insensitive
  • Added Owner Email to Workflow Viewer
  • Orchestrations can now be Scheduled through the Scheduler Module
  • New Dashboard table to show Workflows not used in 30, 60, 90, 180, 365 days
  • Added information on the published versions of a workflow to the Audit Report
  • Added User Group information to Data Source and User Attribute reports
  • Search term is now cleared after an Update is run
  • Added support for loading Workflows in Workflow Viewer and running Audit Report for users with Artisan access in Gallery. For this functionality, user must set the User Role to Artisan in Gallery Settings.
  • Added validations for Owner Migration to check that the workflow and source and target owners are in the same subscription.


Details:
Scheduler:
You can now schedule orchestrations and view those orchestrations in WAM Scheduler! You can filter, to include or exclude the WAM Schedules and Gallery Schedules.


Now, you can also see the attributes of the schedules (recurring vs. one-time) and Gallery Schedules (annotated with a cloud image) vs WAM Schedules (annotated with a computer image)


Orchestrator:
You can now schedule workflows with the same cadences as you can Gallery Schedules.


Health Metrics:
A new visualization allows you to see workflows that have not been generated in your desired time frame. 


Paginated Reports:
A new report allows users to see how a workflow has evolved, across versions.  Simply pick one or more workflows, and WAM will generate a document for each workflow.
