My license key is not working or I cannot click on any of the WAM menus.
There are three main culprits to this issue:
1. More than one user in the organization are using the same key.
2. Your network is now allowing the internet transmission required to validate the license key. In this case, please contact us, and we can provide an offline license key. If you need an offline key for Alteryx, you will also need one for WAM.
3. Your key is expired.
